Spiritual Direction is a guided conversation with your soul. Where are you, where are you going, and how do you relate to the world as a spiritual being are some of the questions we ask. Spiritual Direction is not psycho-therapy, it is an inquisitive look at how you want to manifest the full life you are called to live, accepting that there is more there than what we can readily see.
